INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Preparation:
Wash and dry the press before the first use.
Make sure the work surface is clean and level.
Prepare your ground beef, portioning it according to desired burger size.
Preheat the grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
2. Use of the Press:
Place a ball of ground beef on the hot frying pan or griddle.
Place the press directly on top of the meat ball.
Press down firmly to flatten the meat, creating a thin, evenly flat patty.
Hold pressure for 10 seconds to ensure good browning and even cooking.
Remove the press and allow the patty to cook for the recommended time before turning (if necessary).
3. Completion:
Remove the patty from the pan once cooked.
Repeat the process with the remaining portions of meat.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
1. Cleanliness:
Immediate cleaning: After each use, allow the press to cool completely. Wash it by hand with warm water and mild soap. Use a soft sponge to remove food residue.
Deep cleaning: If stubborn residue remains, soak the press in warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes before gently scrubbing it.
Drying: Dry the press immediately after washing to prevent rust or stains from forming.
2. Maintenance:
Occasional oiling: It is advisable to apply a light coat of cooking oil after cleaning and drying to prevent rusting.
3. Storage:
Store the press in a dry and clean place. If possible, hang or store it on a shelf where it will not come into contact with other utensils that could scratch or damage it.
If you are not going to use it for a long time, make sure it is completely dry and well oiled (in the case of materials susceptible to rust) before storing it.
